Afrin (Face-to-Face)

The stakeholder meeting was held on 24 July 2024 at Benos Hall in Afrin, with a total of 20 participants representing 13 different CSOs. The meeting opened with a welcome speech, followed by an introduction to the project and information about its sponsors. After a short coffee break, the project’s objectives and activities were discussed in detail. Each activity was presented with its purpose, timeline, target groups, and implementation method.

Participants then engaged in a brainstorming session, dividing into four groups to share their ideas and contributions. The session concluded with participants announcing their decisions regarding involvement in the project.

Idlib (Face-to-Face)

A second stakeholder meeting took place on 23 July 2024 in Idlib, attended by 10 participants from 4 CSOs in person and 5 participants online, along with the project team. Following participant introductions, the project coordinator presented the project’s goals and activities. Participants emphasized the importance of the activities for supporting youth and expressed their willingness to provide moral support.

Three working groups—two in the hall and one online—conducted a brainstorming session, addressing questions related to the project. Discussions with the project management team were held, and participants’ recommendations were incorporated into the meeting report. The meeting concluded with closing remarks and expressions of appreciation.
