The Local Culture Network (LCN) is a digital platform created to strengthen regional cultural interaction and enhance collaboration among CSOs, youth, and artists. By enabling diverse communities to share their cultural heritage, the platform promotes cultural diversity and solidarity.

LCN offers a user-friendly structure with an invitation-based secure registration system, personal profiles and blog pages, private messaging, forums, chat rooms, and group interaction features. All static content and menus are available in both Arabic and English.

The platform also provides a dedicated space to amplify the voices of marginalized women— including women with disabilities, LGBTQI+ women, and women from rural or low-income backgrounds. Additionally, two specialized sections support collaboration between CSOs and youth, encouraging cultural initiatives and advocacy efforts.

The core development of the platform was completed during the project period, and it continues to operate in Arabic and English, ensuring long-term impact. In its first year, 33 CSOs joined the network.
