Funded with the support of the European Union Delegation to Syria, “Empowering Syrian Women through Art and Culture: Gender Equality Project (Empowering Syrian Women through Art and Culture: A Project for Gender Equality)” numbered NDICI-THE-NEAR/2023/451-643 requires the purchase of materials/services in terms of type, quantity, and specifications as specified in the attached documents. No:29/1 Çankaya/ANKARA or by email to weartsyria@ucansupurge.gov.tr by 11.09.2025, 17:00. When submitting your bid, please pay attention to the following points.
1- Please prepare your bid using the form attached. Please do not use any other form.
2- The workshop service will be carried out in Syria. Your company must be able to transfer money to Syria.
3- Ensure that your bid is signed and stamped by authorized persons.
4- The financial bid must be submitted in EUR. Purchases within the scope of our project are VAT exempt. Please submit your bid VAT exempt.
5- Please submit your bid valid for 60 days from the bid date.
6- The maximum budget allocated for this work is EUR 67,700.
7- Bids will be reviewed by an evaluation committee. In concluding the tender, the best price-quality ratio based on the “best work – most suitable price” approach will be used. This approach ensures that the price offered, the suitability of the proposed methodology, and the quality of the resources to be provided are evaluated together. In the evaluation process, the technical proposal will account for 70% and the financial proposal for 30%. Accordingly, the tender will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest value for the resources to be spent.
