As part of the activity, the Youth Training on Gender Sensitive and Inclusive Media Production was conducted in Idlib between 15–17 January 2026, in Aleppo between 22–24 January 2026, and in Azaz/Afrin between 29–31 January 2026. A total of 75 young participants attended the training, including 49 women and 26 men. Each training brought together 25 participants. In Idlib, 15 women and 10 men participated; in Aleppo, 15 women and 10 men participated; and in Azaz/Afrin, 19 women and 6 men participated. Accordingly, the target of 75 participants set for this activity was successfully achieved.

The workshops combined theoretical sessions with practical exercises covering gender equality, stereotypes, inclusive communication, digital media ethics, content production, podcast and video development, and digital awareness campaigns. Through group work and hands-on assignments, participants developed practical skills in producing rights-based media content while promoting equality and social inclusion. By the end of the trainings, participants had improved their understanding of gender-sensitive communication and strengthened their capacity to use digital media as a tool for advocacy, awareness raising, and the promotion of gender equality.
