Within the scope of the WeART Syria Project, a tender has been launched for the procurement of organization services for the Hackathons, Advocacy Document Development, Lobbying Meetings, Dissemination Meetings, Closing Event and Leadership Trainings.

This announcement constitutes a call for tenders for the procurement of the above-mentioned services. All interested natural and legal persons are invited to review the tender documents below and submit their offers by the specified deadline.

Submission Conditions

  1. Prepare your offer using the attached Financial Offer Form. Please do not use any other form.
  2. The activities will take place in Syria. The bidder must be able to transfer funds to Syria.
  3. The offer must be signed and stamped by authorised persons.
  4. The financial offer must be placed in a separate, sealed envelope.
  5. Every page of the Terms of Reference must be signed and stamped by authorised persons.
  6. The financial offer must be given in EUR. Purchases under the project are VAT exempt, so offers must exclude VAT.
  7. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the date of the offer.
  8. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest priced offer that meets the Terms of Reference, and the attached draft contract will be signed.
